RESORT REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED AFTER BOOKING CONFIRMATION.
• WINDSOR CAY PARKING
- Free on-site parking.
- Driveway parking limited to 2 vehicles.
- No parking on grass or blocking the sidewalks.
- No parking on the street. (Since it is a new community, they will not enforce this rule until the signs are placed.)
- The parking pass must be printed out and displayed on the dashboard.
- Do not park in front of other homes.
- Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are not allowed.
- Registered guests cannot share their parking passes with unregistered visitors.
- Vehicles in violation will be towed at the guest's expense.
• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1. Cost: $35 per day.
2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance.
3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days.
4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F.
5. Cold Weather Limitations: The pool heater operates via heat exchange and will not work effectively in cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool during cold conditions and it fails to reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be issued.
The pool heater pump has a built-in safety mechanism to prevent overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. It will temporarily shut off to recover efficiency.
Please note that refunds will not be issued if weather conditions affect the pool temperature.
This service is optional and subject to availability.
• BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL
- Cost: $75 for the entire stay
• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please dispose of the trash daily in the plastic bench or dumpster to keep the home clean.
• HOUSEKEEPING
Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Before check-in, a professional cleaning company will thoroughly clean and inspect the unit.
Mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee.
• ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY
USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender.
To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
Depending on the resort's policies:
Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply).
Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests.
Please note that we are not responsible for any unexpected issues with your online purchases.
• CHECKING IN AND OUT
- Check-in after 4:00 PM
- Check-out before 10:00 AM
Please note: To avoid additional cleaning or repair charges, we kindly ask you to follow the house rules.
When Guest checks out of the Unit the Unit will be inspected by a member of the staff. If damage is found at the Unit, we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file the cost to fix or replace the damaged part in case of non observance of the house rules or damages. Guest agrees that Guest’s credit card on file may be charged to cover any such damage.
6% Fee for any Cancellation to cover transactions costs. For a 50% refund of the deposit, cancellation must be made 30 days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 4:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in, otherwise no refund. Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in. Applicable processing fees and taxes will be retained and remitted.
This Rental Agreement is for the exclusive use of the Unit by Guest and his family, and the Unit may not be sublet or assigned to any third party without the express written approval of Master Vacation Homes. This Agreement is governed by and is enforceable under the laws of the State of Florida and for any action, venue is proper in the courts of Osceola County, Florida.
